Advertisement in Daily Newspaper

The recruitment company applies with Department of Labor Nepal for authorization, the Department of Labor will grant the permission on being satisfied about the credibility of the demand and attesting that terms and condition offered are conformity with the Government regulation. The Permission allows the recruitment company to advertise the demand in the local and national newspaper and also allow starting the recruitment process.

Selection Candidates

With full information on his skills, trade qualification and experience and advertisement allows other to complete for the post too. The final interview for sort listed candidates after prescreening can be conducted by the employer or his representative or by this company on their behalf. The selection is made purely on merit basis not on racial, secretarial or considered and appreciation from the employer. Dreamland Management Pvt. Trade Test

Practical trade test will be taken at the technical training institute. If the company wants to choose the employee directly by an oral interview and practical test, the trade test will be taken at office where our selection observes the workers directly to their respective job.

Medical Check-up

Dreamland Management Pvt. Ltd, medical will be sent to an authorized hospital or clinic for all medical examination. The candidate, who is fit medically and physically for employment will be eligible to sign the employment, will be eligible to sign the employment contract.

Orientation

Prior to the departure of workers the orientation briefing is organized to make all workers fully aware of the employment company, country’s law and order, labor laws immigration policy and maintain understanding and cordiality among them self and aim of the particular activity of the individual. The orientation takes special care in briefing them to maintain good circumstances and motivates them to their duties / responsibilities.

Travelling Arrangements

In all case, we send all the visa endorsements, passports to the concerned airlines, to confirm the scheduled flight from Nepal to the nearest airport of the working side. PTA may be send to any airlines operating from Kathmandu under intimation to us.

The terms and condition are based on the Foreign Employment Act of Nepal. They mainly focus for benefit and rights of the migrant workers.

Final interviews of the selected workers would be carried out within 10 days after receiving the original documents.

Arrangement for deployment of worker would be made within 15 days after we received visa copy except if the visa is not necessary to endorse in the passport. If the visa endorsement is required it will take at least 20 days.

Free replacement would be made with new workers if any worker is found unqualified for the assigned work within 90 days after he assumes the job.

The company in contract should clearly mention the salary of a worker and other facilities mentioned under clause 5.

As per the Nepalese government’s directives, the employer company should offer following facilities to the workers in written contract;
